This by far THE best temping company I’ve worked for in all my years of being a hygienist. The number one thing that stands out is they really CARE about hygienists and their concerns. The pros outweigh any cons. Cons-I don’t have any but if you do-they will address it. It’s like having a middle person who advocate for you, free of charge!<br><br>Their app is amazing. They do not restrict you from seeing an office. This was so helpful when it came to offices that I didn’t want to work for or have previously worked. Everything is upfront. The rate, the type of office, even our peers review is available. Plus they don’t bombard you with text messages to pick up a shift. An alert comes up if an office is near you that’s in dire need of a hygienist or if you have selected a favorite office, it will alert you their new posting.<br><br>Their latest update was the guarantee shift. If an office tries to shorten your day, and it’s less than 24 hours, you are guaranteed your pay. This was one of the biggest issue I had temping and why I stayed away from it.<br>They also have instant pay where for a small fee(very reasonable) you can get half of your pay right after your shift and the remainder on their actual pay day.<br>Every time they make a change it’s for our benefit.<br><br>Teero you are truly valued and needed.
